I love Chyler. As sad as I am to have Lexie gone from Grey’s (and believe me I’m embarrassingly devastated about it) her reasons for leaving can’t be argued with.
Her son said to her “Mom, I’ve been thinking… you should quit your job.. because we don’t see you.”
She thanks the fans at the end of the video, as well.
